General terms and conditions of sale

    1. The seller hereafter qualified is BIZCOM, of which Sportco is one of the trademarks, whose registered office is located at 6043 Ransart, Rue Genaige, 2, (tel. + 32 (0) 71 143 643-Fax + 32 (0) 71 140 152-mail: [email protected]), registered in the register of the Crossroads Bank of enterprises under the number be-0682,617,407.
    2. The purchaser is defined below as the company or the natural person, agreeing on the offer contained in the price presentation, issued by the seller.
    3. These general terms and conditions of sale are applicable to any order placed by the purchaser with the seller and to any sales contracts linking them.
  2. Object
    These Terms of sale are intended to define the contractual relations between the seller and the purchaser as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the seller’s site or on-line, whether the purchaser is professional or consumer . The acquisition of a property or service through this site implies an unreserved acceptance by the purchaser of these Terms of sale.
    These Terms of sale will prevail over any other general or particular conditions not expressly approved by the seller. The seller reserves to be able to change his terms of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions shall be those in force on the date of the order by the purchaser.
  3. Characteristics of the goods and SERVICES proposed
    The products and services offered are those published on the seller’s website, or on the product catalogue, or offered directly by the seller.
    Each product is accompanied by a description prepared by the supplier. The photographs of the catalogue are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered, especially with regard to the colours.
    These products and services are offered within the limits of available stocks. If, despite its efforts, all or part of the articles are unavailable, the seller notifies the buyer by email as soon as possible and offers him the possibility to choose between waiting or canceling without charge the order of the items unavailable. The available items will be delivered normally.
  4. Price
    The prices of the products and services displayed on the site are indicated in Euros and excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.
    The Seller reserves the right to change his prices at any time. Nevertheless, the prices applicable to the order are those in force at the time of the confirmation of it. The prices indicated do not include the costs of processing orders, transport and delivery as long as they occur in the geographical areas provided below.
  5. Geographic areas
    The online sale of the products and services presented on the seller’s website is reserved for buyers who reside in Belgium and Luxembourg.
  6. Commands
    The purchaser, who wishes to purchase a product or a service must:
    * Fill in all the requested information
    * Check its order before validating it,
    * Make the payment within 7 days from the day the order has been placed.
    The confirmation of the order entails acceptance of these conditions of sale, the recognition to have perfect knowledge and the renunciation to avail itself of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions.
    All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be worth proof of the transaction. The confirmation will be worth signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
    The seller will communicate by e-mail the confirmation of the registered order.
    If for any reason the purchaser does not follow up on his order or the mails sent by the seller, he may without warning cancel the order. The amount that the buyer would have already paid, would be reimbursed, but would be deducted, the costs of transactions and those of reimbursement.
  7. Right of waiver
    In accordance with the law, the consumer has the right to notify the seller that he renounces his purchase, without penalty and without indication of reason, within 14 working days from the day after the date of delivery of the product or the conclusion of the service contract. This right of renunciation does not belong to the professional purchaser.
    Within this period, the consumer must notify his intention to renounce by e-mail and return, at his own expense and risk, the product delivered to the main point of sale of BIZCOM, 9 rue Neuve, 6000 Charleroi. The products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, accompanied by all their accessories, the possible user manual and the original invoice/delivery order.
    The products so returned must not have been unpacked, unsealed, used in any way. Incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled goods by the customer will not be repeated.
    Within 30 days, after acceptance of the return of the goods, the seller undertakes to reimburse the eventual payment, with the exception of the shipping costs. Unless otherwise agreed, the consumer may not exercise the right of renunciation for contracts:

  8. Terms of payment
    Payment is made by transfer, credit card, or cash payment when the order is removed from our store. Ordered items remain our exclusive property until the buyer’s full payment of the order
  9. Deliveries
    Deliveries are made at the address indicated during the order which can only be in the agreed geographical area.
    The goods are transported at the seller’s risk until the goods are delivered to the delivery address specified by the purchaser. From this point on, the buyer assumes the risks alone. Delivery times are only indicative; If these exceed thirty days from the order, the contract of sale may be terminated and the buyer refunded.
  10. Warranty
    In respect of consumers, the seller guarantees the products he sells and the services he provides in accordance with the law of 1 September 2004 on the protection of consumers in the event of the sale of consumer goods (articles 1649 bis to 1649 of the Civil Code ).
    In case of a problem with the delivered goods, it must be declared to the seller within 7 days by registered letter or by mail. This warranty covers only the defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods. Defects or damage due to misuse, such as water damage, oxidation, fall or shock, neglect and wear, are not covered by the warranty. Similarly, repairs carried out by technicians not approved by the supplier will result in the cancellation of the guarantee. The invoice or delivery voucher acts as a guarantee and must be kept by the consumer and produced in original. If the product is used for non-private purposes, the manufacturer/supplier’s limited Warranty conditions are in effect.
  11. Responsibility
    The seller, in the online sales process, is bound only by an obligation of means; Liability may not be incurred for damage resulting from the use of the Internet such as data loss, intrusion, virus, service disruption, or other involuntary problems.
    The data on the site are also given in good faith. Links to manufacturers ‘ and/or partners ‘ sites are provided for informational purposes. The seller cannot be held responsible for the information from these sites.
  12. Intellectual Property
